Ali & Dalton | Old-Money Engagement Photoshoot
Ali and Dalton’s engagement session felt like stepping straight into another era - in the best way. Inspired by an old money, Old Hollywood aesthetic, every part of their day was intentional, elevated, and full of personality.
We started their engagement photos at The Simmons House, where the timeless architecture set the tone perfectly. Between champagne toasts, slow moments with cigars, and Dalton’s family’s classic Super Bee, it felt like we were documenting a love story straight out of a vintage film. Every detail added to that rich, nostalgic feel, and it couldn’t have suited them more.
From there, we headed into Oxford for a moodier, more intimate setting at The Sipp on South Lamar. This part of the shoot leaned fully into a speakeasy vibe - dim lighting, cocktails in hand, and the sweetest personal touch: old movie tickets they’d saved throughout their relationship. It felt cinematic, romantic, and completely them.
Afterwards, we wandered around the historic Oxford Square, taking advantage of the classic architecture and warm evening light for a few more relaxed, candid moments. It was the perfect way to slow things down and soak in the charm of the town while capturing a few final frames that felt effortless and real.
What a perfect way to close out such a timeless, cinematic engagement shoot.
